Spondylosis is the common term used to refer to the age related wear and tear of the spine. Cervical spondylosis is the degeneration of spinal discs of your neck. The discs of the spine dehydrate and shrink and signs of osteoarthritis develop including bony projections along the edges of bone called bone spurs. So in general it is the degenerative arthritis of the spine. It is a very common condition and a gradually progressive disorder.<\/p>
