Shiroabhyanga and Padabhyanga
Abhyanga is not complete and comprehensive unless had massage and foot massage are incorporated in it.
Shiroabhyanga is a type of murdhini taila (various methods of application of oil over head) and is a soothing ayurvedic treatment which helps to heal a plethora of health conditions.

Padabhyanga as per ayurveda is a part of dinacharya and helps in relaxing, revitalizing and balancing both the central nervous system and autonomous nervous system.
The herbal oils are selected according to the condition but generally sesame oils are selected for pada abhyanga. Sesame oil is a powerful antioxidant, nourishes and is easily absorbed to the skin and beneficial for the skin.
